The Queensgate Hotel is one of the areas leading independent hotels. We are growing our business and now have created an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Duty Supervisor


This role will suit anyone looking to move their career forwards in hospitality with the eventual goal of Hotel Management.

If you work currently in a customer facing supervisory role, this will probably be the next opportunity you are looking for

.The job itself will require time in each hotel department including the kitchen, reception and front of house so experience in one or more of these areas will give you a headstart but we will also train the right person in any areas needed. Working shifts will include days, evenings and weekends, so flexibility is the key.


You will possibly be required to spend sometime at our sister hotel at East Midlands Airport so your own transport is essential.

We can if necessary offer live-in for a short time to assist with re-location.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme
  • Loyalty bonus
  • Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Peterborough, PE2 8AX: reliably commute or be willing to relocate with an employerprovided relocation package (required)

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
