Customer Service 9-month FTC

Watford

Salary £25800 plus benefits
***Tate are proud to be working with a global company based in Watford, to recruit
Customer Service Advisors to join their team on a 9 month fixed term maternity cover.

The main purpose of the role is to provide quality customer service and to support both external and internal customers


Duties will include:

  • Handle all incoming calls and taking ownership through to resolution
  • Processing orders using SAP system
  • Resolving invoice queries
  • Maintaining Service Level Agreements
  • Previous officebased customer service experience
  • Strong customer relationship building skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Team player although happy to work independently
