Commercial Service Advisor

Up to £30k Basic £34k OTE

Main Dealership Opportunity

Reading Area
Attention all experienced Service Advisors

My client is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Service Advisor to join our team.


This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and has experience working in a fast-paced automotive environment.


Responsibilities include:


  • Greeting and consulting with customers regarding their vehicle service needs
  • Scheduling and coordinating service appointments
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Advising customers on recommended maintenance and repairs
  • Communicating effectively with the service department to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
  • Handling customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Service Advisor in a dealership or independent shop
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
  • Basic computer knowledge and experience with DMS systems
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Salary and Benefits
- £28k - £30k Basic

  • Up to £4k bonus

  • Friday
  • Saturday morning on rota (paid overtime)
