Description

We are looking for a dynamic and hard-working individual to join our team. This position entails working approximately hours per week, with shifts typically ranging from 3pm to 11pm. On average, you can expect to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.

At times, there may be daytime shifts for Breakfast and lunches. Generally, these shifts run from either 6.30 am to 3pm or 7.30am to 4pm on weekends. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently or as part of a bustling hospitality team.

We are prepared to provide training for the right candidate to handle breakfast preparation and assist in the kitchen during busy restaurant shifts. Some weeks may offer more hours depending on staff holidays, etc.

You will be responsible for mastering all areas of the hotel, including the bar, restaurant, kitchen, laundry, etc. Therefore, applicants must be 18 years old or above.

The successful candidate will need to be available to work during the Christmas and New Year period, without exceptions. This includes working on Christmas day and New Year's day.
