Salary:
£22,000 to £24,000 per annum

Hours:
Monday to Friday 9.00 am pm 1 hr lunch

The Company:


Our client in Welwyn Garden City, are seeking an experienced Administrator to join their Small successful and friendly team on a temporary to permanent basis.


SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Great communication skill
  • Excellent user of MS Office
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong Administration experience
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The first point of contact with customers, responding to inbound communications politely and efficiently.

Advising of prices and stock availability from their inhouse system

Processing customer orders via Sage

Covering the packing department when there are holidays and sickness.

Following up and sending out quotations

General admin adhoc duties

  • 20 days annual leave plus 8 days bank holiday (5 days to be used during Christmas shut down)
