Job description

The purpose of this position will also be for the post holder to give residents specialist advice and awareness of wider welfare benefits and be able to refer residents to other financial support available locally and nationally so that their income is maximised.

The postholder will provide financial inclusion advice to all our residents with the aim to improve their income and living standards, balancing the need to support the delivery of a personalised service to residents with the need to protect the council's financial interests.
