CAFM/ FM Software Lead - Hybrid

£75-85,000 plus car allowance and additional benefits

Hybrid based in the UK


T2M have been instructed on a new opportunity as a CAFM Lead/FM Software Lead role with a growing facilities services business with operations across the UK.

This is an exciting role, joining the business change function as the lead for facilities managementsoftware across the organisation, leading on strategy, optimisation, and utilisation.


Key responsibilities of a CAFM Lead/FM Software Lead:

  • Act as the SME for the CAFM/FM Software system
  • providing:
  • Training and development to superusers
  • Underutilised functions guidance across the organisation
  • A full review of the system and its' capabilities
  • Complete business process investigation and modelling
  • Produce a change roadmap for CAFM projects and business cases to support this
  • Champion a culture that utilises technology and the CAFM resources available
  • Create a standard operating model and process documentation
  • Working with IT teams and third parties to ensure system integration and optimisation

Requirements to be successful as a CAFM Lead/FM Software Lead:

  • Previous experience in leading business change or software implementations as a Project Manager or Business Analyst
  • Qualified in Prince2 or ISEB Business Analysis
  • Strong requirement gathering, gap analysis and planning skills
  • Understanding of CAFM software (such as MRI Evolution)
  • Highly organised, preferably experienced in Agile project management methodologies
  • Passionate about utilising IT and software technology for improving service delivery


This will be a hybrid role, based anywhere in the UK, but with travel required to meet stakeholders and users.
