I have an opportunity for a Spare Parts Administrator to work for one of world's largest manufacturer of automated material handling systems in the world.

The company turns over more than £600million globally. The company deliver an excellent 99.2% on customer orders with thousands per week. This is done through state of the art machines including conveyor systems, shuttle systems, hanging garments and robots.

I'm looking for a team player who enjoys the culture of being in a large maintenance team and someone who wants to bring positive energy to the table.

The Role

Your day to day responsibilities as a Spare Parts Administrator will include:

Process orders for spare parts, verifying order details, coordinating with the engineering team.
Help drive a continuous improvement mindset on looking at area where you can improve the stores.
Maintain a close working relationship with our client's spare parts department, keeping track of delivery times and coordinating any necessary actions.
Provide accurate and timely spare part quotes for customers, ensuring and adherence to company policies.
Prepare pro forma invoices and collaborate with the accounts department to ensure timely payment before processing and dispatching orders.

The Person

A strong skillset of Microsoft package
Administration experience including audits and invoicing
