we are looking for a multi trades person, to carry out various aspects of maintenance works,driving license idealy but not essential
1 week trial before hire to ensure you are competent to do the work
if the applicant can only do part of the list below please still contact us or send yor CV as we have different teams carryong out specific works
works will involve the following:
dpc works
plastering
pointing
roofing
joinery
door and window fitting
extractor fan installation including light fittings
painting(occasionally)
tilling
reseasling windows and doors including sanitary fittings
general maintenance
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary:
£28,279.00-£40,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
