The children, staff and governors are looking to appoint a highly motivated and experienced Attendance Officer with the enthusiasm, drive and skills to effectively ensure, that all children are admitted to school and attend regularly and contribute to raising achievement by improving school attendance. Based in the main school office, this will include liaising with parents/carers and to assist in the administrative processes, used within our school front office.**
We are looking for someone who:
  • values every child and the religious/cultural diversity of our school
- can contribute to raising achievement by improving school attendance
- can ensure children are admitted to school and attend regularly
- can provide specific attendance support in school and with external agencies
- is able to demonstrate a very high standard of verbal, written & analytical skills
- can assist in the school office administrative procedures and systems
- is able to demonstrate a high standard of customer service experience and skills

  • Is well motivated, friendly & sympathetic to staff, parents and children.
