Jackson Hogg are delighted to be supporting a well established business based in Northallerton.


Duties:

To assist with the processing of information received into the Finance Directorate to agreed standards and timetables.


To provide a first point of contact for both telephone enquiries and correspondence and to provide an effective, efficient and courteous response, ensuring a high quality service in accordance with policies and procedures, performance management and measurement Proactive operation of administrative and financial processes to maximise their efficiency.


To assist in the provision of transactional processing and control of data to facilitate the delivery of the businesses objectives, whilst assisting to minimise risks associated with them.

To accurately process, input and manipulate data.


Essential:

Demonstrable computer and IT skills. Evidence of working with a high degree of accuracy.

Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to respond to queries and provide advice on basic financial processes to non-financial colleagues.

Ability to work within tight deadlines.

This position is a two year fixed term contract.


Job Types:

Salary:
£20,490.00-£22,000.00 per year
