Hours:
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm


Salary:
£23,000

Due to ongoing expansion, we are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a rapidly growing estate agency, where your contribution will be vital to our continued success.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide general administrative support to the Sales Team.
  • Manage team diaries to support the Branch Administrator.
  • Oversee sales progressions to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Prepare property listings and ensure they are accurately posted live on the market.
  • Create and post engaging social media content.
  • Assist with other duties as required to support the dynamic needs of the business.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in a similar role within a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities and a strong team player.
  • Exceptional telephone manner and communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Creative skills for social media content creation.
  • Positive energy and a proactive approach to work.
  • Flexibility to adapt to various tasks beyond the core job description.
