We are recruiting for passionate Administrators to join our Private Healthcare Insurance team in Bristol. This part of the business is responsible for assisting Private Healthcare clients with all aspects of their policy.

You will be supporting our Healthcare Executives with the day-to-day management of a portfolio containing a significant number of existing clients, as well assisting with new enquires.


Please note that if successful, you will be working from our Bristol office and can work on a hybrid pattern spending 2 days working from home and 3 in the office.


Trainee Administrator - Private Healthcare

We will count on you to:

  • Assist our healthcare executives with the day to day management of a portfolio containing a significant number of clients, as well assisting with new enquires
  • Deliver consulting support and preparation of correspondence in a timely manner
  • Communicate with colleagues, and providers in relation to dealing with client queries (verbal and written), with support as appropriate in line with service level agreements to ensure timely client delivery
  • Take ownership of delivery of tasks and proactively manage own workload
  • Develop and maintain appropriate technical and market knowledge
  • Partner with internal/ external stakeholders to achieve best service for client

What you need to have:


  • Educated to minimum of A-Level equivalent OR GCSE level if coupled with previous office experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work with numbers
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills with the ability to work to deadlines
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Desire to develop a career within Financial Services

What makes you stand out?
