About Our Client:

Our clients details are confidential.

The main responsibilities of the Personal Assistant are:

  • Diary and inbox management
  • Organise meetings and take minutes
  • Follow up with an action planner from meetings and ensure the MD is fully prepared
  • Organise travel and accommodation
  • Audio typing
- typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- collating and filing expenses
- managing databases and filing systems
- implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems


The Successful Applicant:


The successful Personal Assistant will posses:

  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Previous experience within a conveyancing or property background
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills including excel
