The main responsibilities of the Personal Assistant are:
- Diary and inbox management
- Organise meetings and take minutes
- Follow up with an action planner from meetings and ensure the MD is fully prepared
- Organise travel and accommodation
- Audio typing
- collating and filing expenses
- managing databases and filing systems
- implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
The Successful Applicant:
The successful Personal Assistant will posses:
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Previous experience within a conveyancing or property background
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise workload
- High attention to detail
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills including excel
