Location: 80% Homebased (monthly travel to Manchester)

Overview:

Working for a leading regional training and development organisation, you will proactively support, develop and motivate adult learners (16+) working towards professional work based qualifications.

A typical day will include:

Support enrolment of students

Complete progress reviews with students (phone & online)
Respond to student request & queries
Handle all related administration & compliance tasks
Deliver small group training sessions (F2F & online)

You will need the following for this role:

Experience of engaging students/learners
A high level of administration, organisation & IT skills
Car driver
Confident & clear communication skills (verbal & written)
Experience in a similar / relatable role or sector (advantageous)
