Responsibilities:

6AM - 6PM Shift

We have a unique opportunity for a Maintenance Team Leader to join the team.

The role will support the activities of the team through effective leadership to ensure we consistently and effectively deliver KPIs on time and to the highest standards.

Collaborating with the Facilities Manager, you will be supporting a dedicated team of Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technicians to guide, supervise and help develop them further.

Working in close collaboration with all departments on site, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of work exceeds the standards set and play a pivotal role in promoting a positive and safe working environment

Review cGMP documentation for accurate data entry, and participate in PPI (Practical Process Improvement), Lean and Continuous Improvement, and 5S activities


Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:


  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and train maintenance technicians.
  • Ability to efficiently solve sophisticated technical problems.
  • Selfmotivated: ability to work with little or no supervision.
  • Knowledge of safety practices.
  • Knowledge of how to use power and hand tools associated with typical manufacturing maintenance.
  • Knowledge in maintenance trades: electrical, electronic, pneumatic, plumbing, and mechanical.
  • Frequent stooping, crouching, reaching, standing, pushing, climbing, pulling, grasping, and crawling.
