Senior Representative

Liverpool

4 Month Contract - potential of extension

£12.74 an hour PAYE


My high-profile banking client are recruiting for a Senior Representative to join their Investor Reporting team to work in their Liverpool based offices on a 4-month contract.

You will be working on-site full time during training, with the option to moveto a hybrid basis afterwards.


Role Description


The Investor Reporting team are responsible for the production, reconciliation and distribution of investor-based reporting that includes Valuations, CTV, CGT, Custody Statements, Cash Statements and Contract Notes.

The role involves supporting clients withthe preparation of production and ensuring all reporting is distributed accurately within regulatory and service level guidelines

The team is made up of 8 individuals in the UK and 4 individuals in Chennai.


Key Responsibilities

  • Production reconciliation and monitoring
  • Quality assurance of production and dispatch to clients and/or investors
  • Communicate with internal departments, clients, and 3rd party vendors
  • Be involved in the delivery of projects
  • System testing
  • Query handling
  • Any other duties as required

Required Skills:


  • Corporate event and investment transaction knowledge
  • CGT/Tax Production Reporting knowledge / experience desirable
  • Strong communications skills
  • Strong reconciliation skills
  • Ability to analyse data and resolve discrepancies
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and sense of urgency
  • Pershing systems knowledge desirable
