About the Role
Westdene facilitates supervised family time for Looked After/Cared for Children in Salford. We provide support and assistance to families as well as ensuring that family time is positive and appropriate. We work in partnership with other Social Care professionals from across the city, attending reviews and meetings as required. Family time staff work within timescales and support/guidance will be offered throughout. We are open 5 days a week and work primarily until the early evening, enabling a more flexible approach.


About You
We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible, child & family focussed person to join our committed and busy team. You should have an understanding of the needs of children/young people who are cared for by the Local Authority. You should have good communication skills and be able to manage a busy schedule.
