Luggage Porter you are the first and last person our guests see. Your helpful, can-do approach and passion for great service will create an amazing impression each and every time.

We are looking for our
Night Luggage Porter, who:

  • Has excellent interpersonal skills and is able to connect with others
  • Will manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude
  • Will be responsible for welcoming and assisting guests with delivering or storing their luggage and the delivery of packages
  • Possesses a good command of English and excellent communication skills
  • Share our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment & Care
  • With previous experience as a
    Doorperson / Luggage Porter preferable

As our
Night Luggage Porter, you will receive:

  • Two wellness days per year, meaning all team members start with 30 days of holiday per year (pro rata)
  • this increases with service
  • Salary
    :£11 per hour plus great benefits

Shift pattern: 4 On 3 Off and 3 On 4 Off over two weeks (8 pm to 8 am):
