This role based within the Customer Service Team is to support our internal and external customer base.

Description

  • Provides front end support to the clients customer base
  • Investigates and resolves customer queries, related to customer orders and products.
  • Owns the Web shop management process, assisting customers with Web shop administration and product information
  • Provide advice on the availability of products, whether users are allowed specific items and any physical limits in place
  • Manages internal stakeholders to facilitate the daytoday delivery of customer orders, from receipt to delivery.
  • Works with internal stakeholders as part of the wider APS team to drive positive company sales results and increase customer retention

Profile


We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with a confident personality, sound communication skills, a good understanding of systems and a team player.

You will be given you own customer base to manage as the Customer Services representativefor key accounts.

This role has a good grounding to develop into our Account Management teams or other areas of the Group.

  • A Customer focused and driven individual to provide excellent customer service.
  • Ability to develop and build relationships with stakeholders and clients at all levels.
  • Strong and effective organising, planning and process skills.
  • A good degree of computer literacy, with a comprehensive working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
