We are currently seeking dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioners to join our team.As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education to children 0 - 5 years.
About the role:
- Create a safe and supportive learning environment for children.
- Develop and implement ageappropriate activities and programs.
- Observe and record children's progress and behaviour.
- Maintain effective communication with parents and colleagues.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the nursery's curriculum.

Requirements:
To be considered for the role of Early Years Educator you will:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
- Previous experience working as a Nursery Practitioner.
- Sound knowledge of child development and early years curriculum.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Passion for providing highquality care and education to children.
The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Must hold or be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
Key responsibilities:
As Early Years Educator you will be responsible for:
- Provide excellent care and supervision for children in the nursery.
- Plan and deliver stimulating and ageappropriate activities.
- Promote positive behaviour management strategies.
- Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor and track children's progress and development.
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues.
