We are currently seeking dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioners to join our team.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education to children 0 - 5 years.


About the role:


  • Create a safe and supportive learning environment for children.
  • Develop and implement ageappropriate activities and programs.
  • Observe and record children's progress and behaviour.
  • Maintain effective communication with parents and colleagues.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the nursery's curriculum.

Requirements:

To be considered for the role of Early Years Educator you will:

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working as a Nursery Practitioner.
  • Sound knowledge of child development and early years curriculum.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Passion for providing highquality care and education to children.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications.

The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:


  • Must hold or be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.

Key responsibilities:

As Early Years Educator you will be responsible for:

  • Provide excellent care and supervision for children in the nursery.
  • Plan and deliver stimulating and ageappropriate activities.
  • Promote positive behaviour management strategies.
  • Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Monitor and track children's progress and development.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues.
