I am currently working with a
leading Law Firm who are seeking an experienced Residential and Commercial Property Solicitor to
Head up their Property team at their lively office in Tonbridge.


This is an excellent opportunity for a current Head of Department/Partner, _OR_ a Senior Residential/Commercial Property Solicitor/Lawyer who is ready to take the next step into a senior management position.


Required:


  • Have over 5 years of experience within Residential and Commercial property
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload, whilst supervising and mentoring a team of junior fee earners
  • Consistent and proven track record of billings
  • Have a keen interest in business development, and consistently seek ways in which to promote the firm
  • Excellent client care skills, project management skills, and a personable approach to mentoring/upskilling
  • Ambitious and driven

Pay:
£65,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
