We are looking for a fantastic customer service executive to join one of the UK's fastest-growing healthcare technology companies in Central Birmingham.
Someone with a strong sense of empathy and emotional intelligence who is enthusiastic about recruitment and staffing as well as Health & Social Services sector will excel in this position.
Experience and qualifications:
- Assist in discovering opportunities for employees within your territory and ensure that clients' needs are met with sufficient staffing numbers and topnotch customer service.
- Develop relationships with care homes or other care settings and customers in order to maximize shift numbers in your region.
- Assist the remote onboarding team and all hubs with the hiring of new employees in areas where we have open shifts.
- Continually strive to increase the number of shifts in your region.
- Assist the regional manager in doing so in order to meet budget.
Salary:
Up to £26,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay
