We are looking for a fantastic customer service executive to join one of the UK's fastest-growing healthcare technology companies in Central Birmingham.


Someone with a strong sense of empathy and emotional intelligence who is enthusiastic about recruitment and staffing as well as Health & Social Services sector will excel in this position.


Experience and qualifications:


  • Assist in discovering opportunities for employees within your territory and ensure that clients' needs are met with sufficient staffing numbers and topnotch customer service.
  • Develop relationships with care homes or other care settings and customers in order to maximize shift numbers in your region.
  • Assist the remote onboarding team and all hubs with the hiring of new employees in areas where we have open shifts.
  • Continually strive to increase the number of shifts in your region.
  • Assist the regional manager in doing so in order to meet budget.

Salary:
Up to £26,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme
  • Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Birmingham,

West Midlands:
reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
