The Role:

Night Auditor Receptionist - Full Time Position.
You will be a part of the reception team, and the face of the hotel brand.

It will be up to you:
to make our guests feel at home, from the minute they arrive, until the minute they leave.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming guests when you check them in, and leaving a great impression when you check them out.

Informing guests about the hotel facilities, rules and on local attractions.

Checking and performing a full audit of your own and days shift before closing it, to make sure all the transactions and charges are balanced.

Values that we are looking for:
Knowledge of PMS system preferable but not essential the trainings will be provided.

Good command of the English language, written and verbal.

Previous experience of working with the reservations is required for this role.

Can think outside the box, to respond well to unforeseen circumstances.

In line with UK Immigration legislation, all applicants must currently be eligible to live and work in the UK

Salary:
£9.50 per hour
