HR Coordinator
We are working with a client based in Watford and they are looking to recruit a HR Coordinator who has a wealth of Admin experience and is able to come in and maintain a smooth running of the business with the HR team.
You will need to have great communication skills that allow you to build relationships through all levels of the business.
You will need to be a role your sleeves up and get stuck in kind of person who can be efficient and proactive at all times.
Do you have an eye for detail being able to update systems ensuring everything is compliant with GDPR.This could be the role for you

- Employee resourcing including the production of job descriptions, adverts and employment offers
- Updating vacancies
- Producing and filing HR letters
- Coordination and administration of employee benefits
- Payroll administration and coordination
- Processing and coordinating new starters and leavers
- HR information system administration
- General HR support
