Jackson Hogg are delighted to be working with an organisation in Teesside on the position of a Payroll Coordinator.Job responsibilities include:
- Coordination of payroll processing for a single UK pay group as well as collaborative coordination of worldwide payrolls
- Ensure that regulatory and statutory payment dates are honoured, and that payroll reporting requirements are followed.
- Internally reconcile monthly payroll to ensure accuracy, reporting mistakes where appropriate, and assisting with continuing process development.
- fulfil all internal and external post-payroll reporting needs.
- In respect to pension contributions, starts, leavers, and ad hoc modifications, responsible for the administration of the corporate pension plan.
- In charge of producing monthly payroll proformas that detail the processing of shadow payrolls for abroad assignments.
- Maintain system upkeep and payroll accuracy in regard to shadow payroll procedures.
