Role:
Multi trader


Location:
Bristol


Responsibilities:


  • Perform various repair and maintenance tasks in a commercial property.
  • Conduct general carpentry, electrical, and painting duties.
  • Fix minor electrical and plumbing issues as needed.
  • Ensure a high standard of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience as a Handyman or in a similar maintenance role.
  • Proficiency in basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks.
  • Drylining experience necessary.
  • Knowledge of common repair techniques and tools.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • CSCS card.
