Accounts Assistant - Downton, United Kingdom - Personnel Placements
Description
We are looking for an Account Assistant for our client based in Downton, Wiltshire. This is a full-time role working Monday-Friday on a Temp-Perm basis.As the Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for the day to day transactions of a busy finance department as well as:
- Data entry
- Sales and Purchase Ledger management
- Maintain staff holiday records
- Bank Reconciliation
- Dealing with incoming invoices
- Creating and maintaining spreadsheets
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong numeracy skills
- Experienced user of payroll from start to finish
- Previously worked in an accounts or finance environment
