As the Head of People Service Delivery, reporting directly to the Director of People Services, you'll lead and develop a suite of Manager and Employee People Services across Europe.

Your teams provide expert support, advice, and guidance to our 350 managers and 13,000 employees spanning 8 countries.

Managing a dedicated team of more than 35 HR professionals, including Managers, Team Leaders, Specialists, Advisors, and Administrators, you'll ensure a seamless colleague experience, driving a self-service approach while maintaining compliance in all aspects.

Beyond day-to-day operations, you'll spearhead continuous improvement initiatives across all processes, effectively managing change initiatives.

Moreover, you'll play a crucial role in developing the People Strategy, driving impactful change and presenting key insights to drive our company's success.

What you'll be doing

Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of essential services, offering reliable advice and guidance to our people managers.

Additionally, you'll be creating people policies that are not only comprehensive but also easily understandable and implementable, fostering clarity and efficiency across the organisation.

Beyond this, you'll have the opportunity to champion change, leading initiatives aimed at transforming processes and continually seeking innovative ways to simplify and streamline operations, ultimately making life easier for everyone involved.

Join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in strategic customer partnerships. You'll bring diagnostic thinking and creative problem-solving to tackle business challenges. Your responsibilities include cultivating collaborative relationships, managing expectations, and delivering top-notch services aligned with key goals. As an HR thought leader, you'll offer guidance on core HR processes and navigate complex ER cases. You'll also be accountable for meeting operational metrics, addressing escalated issues, and implementing preventive measures.

Drive continuous improvement and innovation in advice, day to day admin and case management to establish recognition for outstanding HR practices and customer service excellence.

Location & Hours of Work
This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week
