Part time Head of Income Generation £40,000 - £50,000 pro rata

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Corporate Partnerships manager to join this fantastic Charity as their
Head of Income Generation.

The Charity provides programmes for underrepresented young people and communities with offices based near Lewisham. This is a part time role with up to 3.5 days needed

This is being recognised and the organisation has attracted and generated unprecedented corporate funding in the last of couple of years.

They are seeking a new Head of Income to harness this excitement, to build on this development and lead a growing income generating team.

Reporting into the Strategic Director your responsibilities are varied and include:
Holding a portfolio of existing accounts as well as line managing the income generating team

Ensuring income streams continue to function well and are maximised over time

Responsible for identifying and developing new income streams

Managing key relationships with donors, supporters and corporations; engaging new individuals and partners at significant giving level

Playing an integral role in strategic direction producing annual strategies, financial forecasts and budgets

Leading on Corporate partner activities and funding approaches to future prospects

Collaborating with the Head of Programmes to identify future funding needs and involving corporate partners in programme delivery

Managing the income team and overseeing personal development and performance

Providing updates to the Strategic Director, CEO and Trustees

Maintain and develop awareness of current legislation relating to all areas of fundraising

Oversee subscriptions/membership to the Fundraising Regulator a

Producing information to feed into proposals, reports and other documentation/fundraising tools

Ensuring all approaches to donors, partners and prospects are tracked consistently, through effective use of the CRM System (Donorfy)

Salary:
£40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
