Description
Juice is excited to be working with a prestigious educational setting in their search for an HR Officer. This is a maternity cover to start in the New Year

Duties include but are not limited to

  • Support the Head of HR to deliver high quality HR for all staff
  • Review and update current job descriptions liaising with the line managers
  • Manage and distribute HR documentation for all members of staff
  • Lead special projects to support the HR team
  • Issue written offers of employment, contracts and job sheets. Issuing new starter packs
  • Coordinate all aspects of the recruitment process to ensure of the best possible recruitment outcomes
  • Help with and deploy HR strategies
  • Adhoc support to the wider team
The right person will ideally be

  • Fully CIPD level 3 qualified or have previous HR experience
  • Highly organised
  • Uptodate with the understanding of employment best practices and legislation
  • Good at multitasking

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract, Temporary contract

Contract length: 9 months


Salary:
£32,357.00 per year
