There is an increased demand for responsible individuals who are looking for a platform to grow personally and professionally.Job Summary
They will be required to support day to day financial/operational/administrative tasks, alongside the following items;
Business Administration:
- Dealing with a range of enquiries
- Collaborating with others
- Undertake a variety of administrative duties to support the team and varied departments.
- Monitoring and reviewing data
- Document filing, photocopying and reporting where needed
- Contribute to the success of the team
Finance Administration:
- Reconciling account transactions in Xero
- Ordering, tracking and recording the delivery of all purchases across the company
- Processing invoices, purchase orders, credit notes and expenses
- Complete the month end process in support of the Finance Manager
- Deal with company expenses and payroll services
- Complete monthly financial reports and forecasts models
People administration:
- Responsible for recruitment and onboarding activities
- Staff changes with payroll, including expenses
- On site facilities including provisions, cleaning contracts and other items within the workplace.
This role is required to be office based and we are looking for someone for 3 days per week, ideally Tuesday - Thursday.
