Accountabilities 1.Key relationships The post requires the development of good working relationships with a broad range of internal colleagues and external stakeholders including:
Development and Employment team members. Communications and Digital team members. Other programme colleagues across NHS Employers and the NHS Confederation.
Key external stakeholders:
NHS England, Walking with the Wounded, The Royal Foundation and CTP.
- Programme delivery Step into Health supports members of the UK Armed Forces community into employment or training within the NHS
The post holder will:
Provide effective business and administrative support to programme activities. Support and develop website and social media content, including scheduling. Coordinate and update routine programme reporting tools.
Manage the coordination and administration of internal and external meetings, webinars and other events. Manage the programme mailbox and sign-up inbox, responding or redirecting queries as required. Support other workforce supply/staff experience areas of work as required.
