Well, what about the role?:

As a Sportsbook Promotions Executive, your primary mission is to assist in the efficient functioning of our sportsbook operations.

Reporting to the Sportsbook Manager, your key focus will be on producing engaging promotional campaigns and mechanics to elevate sporting events and enhance player experiences.


So, what will you be doing?:

  • Provide key input in the planning and creation of Sportsbook CRM and promotional campaigns in line with the sporting calendar, demonstrating excellent collaborative working.
  • Help to drive and coordinate campaigns from concept to delivery, playing a key role in the briefing of assets and feedback rounds with design and content teams
  • Manage bonus costs in line with agreed strategy and input into player segmentation strategy, ensuring budgets are being spent in the right places on the right groups.
  • Consistently analyse customer behaviour, especially around promotions, and propose and discuss feasible ideas and solutions to help drive customer behaviour towards agreed KPIs.
  • Become an expert on the customer facing product as well as relevant backend and product management tools, including reward functionalities, bonus setups and site CMS.
  • Provide input into the daytoday management of the Sportsbook website, including component/menu ordering and marketing banner scheduling etc.
  • Manage workload and relationships with core stakeholders (i.e. Marketing, Legal & Compliance, Copywriting and Design).
  • Assist in maintaining the relationship with 3rd party trading supplier account manager.
  • Assist in communicating the Sportsbook performance reporting to the business, including overall PnL, Bonus spend and campaign analysis, providing commentary and recommendations on the output.
  • Be our eyes on the product on a daytoday basis, documenting issues and escalating through the right channels to ensure problems are closed as efficiently as possible.
  • Support in the evolution of the product and supporting tools and features via road map planning and management, both internally and with 3rd party partners.
  • Work closely with all operational teams (Customer Support, CRM, Content), answering quickly and professionally to all escalated support queries.
  • Champion the Sportsbook product throughout the business and assist in the training of new starters/departments.

And what are we looking for?:

  • Previous experience in the sports betting industry ideally within Brazil/LATAM market.
  • Experience working with CRM, Content, Design and Analytical teams.
  • A deep knowledge and passion for sport
  • Strong understanding of Sportsbook customer promotions, bonuses and reward types.
  • Ability to collaborate confidently crossteams and build strong working relationships
