Are you an experienced Finance Assistant now looking for reduced hours? Our client has the perfect opportunity for you to join their team on a part time contract with morning shifts that work around the school run or other commitments You'll have a varied workload and a friendly team around you.

We're looking for a Part Time Finance Assistant with previous finance experience and an analytical mindset who is looking to learn and grow within the company.

Working 25 hours a week across Monday - Friday, you will be responsible for processing all things finance.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to further their skills in finance, working within a well known and exciting company.

Two days will never look the same with a varying workload, keeping you busy and on your toes - A role you don't want to miss out on

The role will include:

Regularly producing reports for both suppliers and customers, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and rectified straight away
Ensuring transactions are kept updated and always reconciled, whilst allocating cash received from customer promptly
Processing staff expenses with accuracy
Process all accounts payable invoices through the correct system, overseeing the process to ensure all items are properly authorised
General administration duties; dealing with phones, opening, and distributing post, keeping accurate reports and filing documents correctly
Submit VAT returns to HMRC

We are looking for:

Experience in Finance
Strong computer and Excel knowledge
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Driven and selfmotivated individual

Role:
Finance Assistant (Part Time)

Contract:
Part time, 25 hours per week

Salary:
£30,000 - £35,000 FTE

Windsor
