JOB PURPOSE We are seeking an ESM Administratorto support our ESM Service Lead with the delivery of ourglobal Enterprise Service Management Tooling Roadmap.

You will be responsible for delivering solutions to requirements delivered by the ESM Service Lead. This role will support all support functionacross BBS. In this role, you will develop a deeper understanding of our Enterprise Service Management tool capabilities and how we can best utilise this across the AskBurberry functions to improve Customer ExperienceRESPONSIBILITIES

Inputs to the sprintplans ensures workload for the is balanced a quality product is manintained
Part of the Helix Admin support team ensuring support requests are actioned within SLA.

- Working alongside Global Service Desk and Service Managers to ensure Helix continues tosupport the Service Management functions - Collaborate's users internal/external clients to clarify IT requirements and development needs
