Top Job Recruitment are currently looking for a Team Leader for my client based in Colchester.

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a rewarding company that can offer fantastic career development. Working hours are Monday-Friday (2:30-11pm mon-thurs and 2-10pm Fridays)


Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you will work closely with the Inventory Team to produce an optimized weekly production schedule, ensuring maximum capacity.


Job role:

  • Convert production demand into fixed weekly schedule
  • Conduct analysis of attainment to plan ahead for peak periods
  • Plan weekly forecast
  • Preparation of materials for printing in line with the production orders
  • Ensure the settlement of production orders
  • Hold daily planning meeting with wider business units

Requirements:


  • Previous food manufacturing experience is an advantage but not essential
  • Previous supervisor/management experience
  • Selfmotivated
  • Strong excel skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to £29,000.00 per year
