Administrator, NHS Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale Talking Therapies

What you'll be doing:


As an Administrator within our NHS Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale Talking Therapies service, you will play an important role in ensuring the seamless operation of our mental health services.

Your dedication and organisational skills will be at the heart of maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our service.


What we need from you:


  • You will be the first point of contact for enquiries or information, which may involve calls from upset, distressed, or people in crisis.
  • You will collate, analyse, and disseminate data and information as required, contributing to the efficient functioning of the service.
  • You will assist with inputting patient referrals into a client database system and manage referrals and discharges when required, supporting the seamless flow of clients through our services. You will actively assist and participate in service promotion events and activities.

What we will offer you in return:

  • An annual salary of £19,650 (NJC scale, point 5)
  • A permanent, fulltime contract (37.5 hours per week)
  • 25 days holiday, and 30 once you've been here five years
