The role in a nutshell:


We are recruiting an experienced fixed term contract (18 months) Wholesale Supply Chain Planner (hybrid working) for our global HQ in Littlehampton, West Sussex.


Duties will include:

Executing product replenishment to wholesale partners, ensuring that all replenishment activity is in line with wholesale needs, liaising with logistics on most effective shipping methods for critical deliveries and liaising with Demand planners to make sure that the needs are forecast effectively.


More about the role:


  • Manage delivery of core, event and NPD inventory to the wholesale partners
  • Ensure mínimal OOS and work with supply chain category teams to support agreed service levels
  • Liaise with market teams to provide delivery information on ongoing basis
  • Report on all wholesale delivery discrepancies with actions to improve
  • Analysis of KPI's on monthly basis to highlight key actions to improve performance
  • Manage master data of all wholesale assortment including management of phase in/phase out of articles
  • Regular review meeting with commercial and demand planning teams to ensure forecast reflects needs and deliveries on track
  • Responsible for maintaining the ethical standards of The Body Shop including minimising the environmental, health and safety risks in the workplace and responsible for reporting potential risks, real accidents and near misses to relevant managers
  • Champion, support and participate in The Body Shop's Values and Campaigns

What we look for:


  • Previous supply chain experience
  • Systems experience in supply chain planning and replenishment
  • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders
  • Experience of working in a multichannel FMCG environment
  • Clear and effective communicator with attention to detail, highly numerate with strong analytical skills
  • Experience of contributing to S&OP process.
  • Selfmotivated and enthusiastic.
  • Ideally qualified to degree level
  • Advanced level in Excel and SAP knowledge
