Description:
  • Working with children, young people and families as part of the Turnaround Early Intervention Programmes
  • To act as the professional lead for a caseload of Turnaround referrals, sourcing and signposting to appropriate agencies where required, within the family's residing area
  • Responsible for continual assessing and reviewing of strengths, needs and risks as part of the Turnaround Early Intervention Project
  • Responsible for completing or overseeing planned activities or interventions with children, young people and families

What is required?

  • Ability to travel drivers license and access to a vehicle
  • Demonstrable experience of working with vulnerable children, young people and families
  • Demonstrable experience working in a community setting
  • Demonstrable experience of managing a caseload/casework
  • Evidence of providing structured therapeutic interventions
  • Experience of assessing, developing, implementing and evaluating interventions
  • Level 5 in education in Health, Social Care or equivalent experience
  • Trained in providing structured CBT psychological therapy
