Speech and language Therapist (Band 5)

Band 5

1.0 WTE hours

Permanent position

Within the Adult Speech and Language Therapy Service

Covering hospital-based rehab and community services

To provide a comprehensive service including assessment, diagnosis and appropriate management to adults with communication and swallowing difficulties referred to the service in a variety of settings, including in-patients, outpatients, care homes and within the patient's own home.

A qualified SLT wishing to develop experience working within supportive SLT team with a wide range of adult clients.

A SLT degree qualification or equivalent and HCPC registration is essential for this post

Car driver is essential
