Personal Assistant - York, United Kingdom - Foster Lawson
Description
This is a key hire for the business as we continue our significant growth over the course of 2023 and beyond.
The PA will be integral in supporting our client and other key members of the leadership team with their day-to-day activities.
You will be responsible for various tasks including administrative support relating to internal / external communications, minute taking, report writing and expenses management.
You will act as the key point of contact for our executive leadership team on a number of various matters, so an ability and willingness to take the lead in multiple situations at once is an absolute must.

Role, Responsibilities and Duties:
- Administration duties including meeting, diary and travel.
- First point of contact for the management team.
- Be able to compile and analyse data and present findings to the management team and Directors.
- Office management to include liaising with suppliers.
- Take minutes of key business meetings and collate key actions.
- General administrative support to wider business as required.
- Be able to free up the directors' time leaving them to focus on the core issues.
- Organisational whizz who loves to get thing done and has systems and processes in place to keep everything running smoothly.
- Diligent, with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong research and communication skills.
- Good at writing and crafting communications.
- Flexible, adaptable and exceptionally well organised with an ability to manage various different projects and tasks at any one point
- Able to produce material such as written reports, correspondence etc. quickly with a high degree of accuracy to a good standard.
- Flexibility to occasionally work unsociable hours as the business may require this at times.
Experience:
- Previous experience in an office management / PA role desirable but not essential.
- Good negotiation skills, you must be able to add value to the business.
- You must be confident on the phone and be able to liaise and negotiate with potential suppliers at all levels.
- Good at researching information and presenting your findings to the management team.

- Language skills
- Spanish desirable but not essential.
