About the Role


As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service and support to our valued clients.


Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Building strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Providing accurate and uptodate information about our products and services.
  • Processing orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns.

Skills and Experience

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A positive and customerfocused attitude.

Salary:
£26,000.00-£27,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Portishead: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
