Description
Phoenix Gray Recruitment currently require an administrator on a temporary to permanent basis.The successful applicant will have experience within an office setting, under taking general administration roles which are detailed below;
Processing internal timesheets
- Saving site records from system within the relevant folders
- Processing orders from supplier list & online orders for materials/tools etc
- Creating and sending work orders to subcontractors
- Processing purchase invoices supplier invoices & contractor invoices
- Updating price list using price requests and misc documentation into relevant folders in one drive
- Setting up small jobs on internal system
- General queries and admin tasks (printing, errands, chasing outstanding items)
- Answering company phonecalls
