The Marketing Account Manager will join a team working on a fantastic luxury brand.

You will be a dedicated project manager on one of the business' biggest brands and this is a new role due to growth.


Salary & Benefits:

- £3- 40,000 per annum depending on your level of experience

What you'll be doing as the Marketing Account Manager:

  • Building and maintaining strong Client and Centre relationships and to be the first point of contact for the client on day to day matters
  • Ensuring all work delivered is accurate and meets brand guidelines
  • Managing a direct report on a day to day basis to ensure work is being completed within SLAs and all client requests are actioned in a timely manner
  • Ensuring the quality of briefs and creative work meet expectations and allow the agency to deliver the best possible solutions for the Client
  • Negotiating and gaining approval from the Client for all projects and creative work and to ensure that work is carried out to these agreements.
  • Presenting (verbally and in writing) the Agency's proposals and recommendations effectively, logically and concisely
  • Responsibility for day to day budget management, monitoring all job costs, and obtaining approval before spend is committed.
  • Forecasting of agency income and resource requirements
  • Monthly visits to the client (Travel & Accommodation included)

Knowledge & Experience:


  • Previous experience within a marketing agency ideally as a marketing account manager or similar
  • Proven track record of building strong client relationships
  • Excellent organizational, presentation and communication skills
