Sales Support Executive - IT Reseller

Up to £28,000 + Bonus + Benefits

London (Hybrid)


An exciting opportunity has arisen within a global leading IT organisation, who for over the past three decades, have been a trusted supplier of IT Hardware, Software and Integrated IT Solutions to global technology providers such as Microsoft, Apple, Intel,VM Ware, Cisco and Dell.


Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Sales Support Executive to join their award-winning team in London.

The successful Sales Support Executive will have sales support, sales administration or internal account management experienceideally within the IT, Technology or Telecoms sectors.


As a Sales Support Executive, you will passionate about providing customers the best service possible and you will be working alongside the external sales team, the purchasing team and the engineering team to ensure the smooth running of the sales process.

You will be responsible for producing complex IT quotes, following these up with clients and ensuring SLAs are upheld.


What are we looking for?

  • Experience working for an IT Reseller, Vendor or Distributor is _highly_ desirable but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • An individual who is highly organised and resourceful
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers and partners
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet expectations for fast turnaround times
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast paced sales environment
  • Experience in maintaining internal CRM systems
