We are delighted to be partnered with a leading organisation based in the East Midlands who are looking to expand their in-house legal team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone to work in a broad general commercial role.

As a Legal Counsel within this team you will be responsible for a wide range of matters including:

  • Drafting and reviewing contracts including supply and purchase agreements, confidentiality agreements, collaboration agreements etc.
  • Supporting on governance and compliance matters.
  • Providing advice on IP matters.
  • Supporting with corporate matters and advising when required.
  • Supporting on litigation matters.


You will be UK qualified solicitor and ideally have some experience in drafting commercial contracts although there is an opportunity for someone to retrain.

The organisation are offering a base salary up to £60,000 with a good benefits package.

They arecurrently working 2 days per week on-site but can be flexible and look at remote working for the right individual.
