We Are Hiring We are looking for a Finance & Office Administrator to join our Finance team and provide assistance with the daily operations of the department.*****As a Finance & Office Administrator you will be responsible for the following:
Finance Support tasks:
- Download bank statements, credit card statement
- Raise finance Purchase Requests/Purchase Orders
- Download reports (PMS, SAGE etc)
- Download Direct debit Invoices
- Update utility data
- Collate and submit credit card claims/recon for HQ managers
- Straits CIS
- Banking Queries/ Managing Merchant Bank accounts, updating details etc.
- Folder management/tidy up
Other Tasks:
- Any other adhoc tasks as required
- Manage online training e.g. send reminders on health and safety, cyber security, fire awareness training etc
- Printer meter reading
- Office of national stats (ONS)
- HMRC access and file maintenance
- Manage and order office stationary/ office pantry supplies

he Successful Applicant:
- Office Experience & Organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively under the pressure of a dynamic environment
- Felexible Approch to responsibilites and tasks
- Must have grade C or above in GCSE Maths & English Grade
- Further education is desirable
- Proficient Excel Skills
- Microsoft Office 365 skills
- Strong attention to detail
