Job Title:
Roaming Night Pop Ins - Care Assistant

Our team of skilled professionals is committed to providing compassionate and reliable support to individuals care needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular night popins to ensure the safety and wellbeing of clients
  • Monitor and assess clients' condition during overnight shifts
  • Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, and medication administration
  • Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the care team to ensure continuity of care
  • Document and report any changes in clients' health or condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Drive and have access to your own vehicle.
  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a home care setting
  • Strong understanding of complex care needs and ability to respond.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team.
  • Compassionate and clientcentred approach to care

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Pay:
£12.50 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Night shift

Experience:


  • Care: 1 year (required)
  • Home care: 1 year (preferred)

Language:


  • English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (required)
