An established and successful Independent Lettings and Sales agent in is looking for an experienced Sales/Branch Manager to run their extremely busy offices based in Maidstone and Medway.

The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 3 years experience in sales or lettings or better still both

The owner is looking to take a less hands on role within the business and wants someone they can trust to take over the business so this can take place.

Your Responsibilities

Manage and build a portfolio of rental properties & properties for sale.
Build relationships with landlords and property investors.
Handle negotiations and queries from clients & prospective tenants and purchasers.
Manage the staff and ensure an effective operation

Skills Required

My client is looking for a highly motivated and inspirational and enthusiastic Manager.
You must have good experience of winning business in a competitive environment.
You must be presentable and well spoken and a great team player.
Excellent communication skills are essential.
Multi tasking ability is essential.
You will need to have good communication skills and an interest in social media.
Target Driven with the ability to plan your business and monitor it
Able to work autonomously with a high level of self
